Fair: ABRF 2013 Employment Center

The ABRF Career Development Committee would like to invite you to the ABRF Job Fair event* at the upcoming annual meeting in Palm Springs, CA.

The ABRF/FASEB Job Fair will operate February 20 thru March 5, 2013, and will be available online at http://careers.faseb.org. For more information, contact FASEB: clientserv@jobtarget.com.

This service is FREE for candidates/job seekers and employers.
 

NEW FEATURE FOR ABRF 2013!! Join us on Saturday, March 2nd from 8am – 4:30pm for the ABRF 2013 Career Development Workshop –“Marketing Yourself: Job Skills in a Challenging Economy”.

JOB SEEKERS

  • Post your resume and candidate qualifications online
  • Search employer job listings; send/receive electronic messages
  • Visit the ABRF Booth #213 in the Exhibit Hall to:
    • see posted jobs and search on-line job listings
    • obtain one-on-one resume critiques
    • receive career counseling services provided by a professional career counseling/CV experts

EMPLOYERS

Beginning March 2, 2013, a FASEB-managed, ABRF-specific web page will open for job fair registration and posting of employers’ position descriptions and job seekers’ resume profiles. Employers wishing to post their position descriptions on-line may do so free-of-charge for a period of 14 days (during the week before and the week of the ABRF 2013 Annual Meeting.) NOTE: Unlimited access to the job seeker database is not included with the 14-day free posting option. A 30-day subscription for job seekers database access is available for an optional $100 fee.

Post an unlimited number of job listings on-line at http://careers.faseb.org between February 20 and March 5, 2013. The positions will remain active on-line for a period of 14 days (from the date of posting). This option provides employers with greater visibility and flexibility with their recruiting efforts. To post your recruitment ads, visit http://careers.faseb.organd select “Employers Click Here” on the ABRF 2013 Job Fair banner located at the top of the page.

Employers who prefer to post jobs only on the poster boards at ABRF 2013 may do so by submitting the printed position descriptions at the ABRF Booth #213 located in the Exhibit Hall during the dates and times of the ABRF 2013 Exhibition.

Onsite CV/Résumé Critiques and Career Counseling Sessions Available in ABRF Booth #213
 

One-on-one sessions will be provided in the ABRF Booth #213 by Mr. Joe Tringali and Mr. Bill Lindstaedt.  The Career Coaches will be available to:
 

  • Critique your resume, CV or cover letter
  • Give career guidance
  • Go over interviewing tips 

 

NOTE:  You may turn in your CV at the beginning of the conference at the ABRF Registration desk (1-5pm Saturday, March 2nd) and schedule a free CV/resume critique during the conference.
