ABRF has secured a block of rooms at the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel at discounted group rates for attendees and exhibitors from April 21 – 25, 2018, at the group rate of $159 single; $169 double; $179 triple; and $189 quad; per night, plus 13% tax (currently).
Be sure to book your room early to secure the discounted group rate. Reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis and based on room availability. The housing deadline is Monday, March 19, 2018.

Government Per Diem Rate Room Reservation
A limited number of rooms at the prevailing government per diem rate are available from April 20-25, 2018 on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here (link is external) to reserve rooms at the government per diem rate.
The Government per diem rate requires a Valid Federal Government ID upon check in at the hotel. Should an Invalid Government ID be presented, the rate will be changed to the daily rate at the time of check in.

ABRF does not contract with any housing companies to offer special discounted hotel rates. Attendees should always make their reservations directly with the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel.

Solicitations by outside organizations could imperil your personal information and result in problems in your reservation. Should you receive any phone calls or emails from an organization other than ABRF or FASEB regarding housing, please report it immediately to meetings@my.abrf.org.

All guests arriving before 4:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. Bell Staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending sessions/functions on departure day.

ABRF has secured a small block of rooms at the Camelot by the Sea and Carolinian Beach Resort as overflow hotels.
Camelot by the Sea:

Oceanfront Studios: 2 full beds, full kitchen, full bathroom, full sleeper sofa, 1 TV, and oceanfront private private balcony. Rate is $99 per night plus tax and access fee per night. 2 night minimum is required.

Oceanfront One Bedroom Suites: 2 queen beds in the bedroom, full kitchen, full bathroom, separate living room with full sleeper sofa, 2 TVs and Oceanfront private balcony. Rate is $109 per night plus tax and access fee. 2 night minimum is required.

Oceanfront Two Bedroom Suites: 1 king bed in master bedroom, 2 queen beds in second bedroom, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, full sleeper sofa in living room, stackable washer/dryer and dishwasher, 3 TVs and oceanfront private balcony. Rate is $139 per night plus tax & access fee per night. 3 night minimum is required.
Carolinian Beach Resort:

Oceanfront Standard Queen Rooms: 2 queen size beds, full bathroom, small fright, microwave, 1 TV and oceanfront private balcony. Rate is $89 per night plus tax and access fee. 3 night minimum is required.
