This workshop will provide hands-on opportunities for attendees to learn how to leverage social media, design and email content management to communicate about their resources and services in their organizations.

- • Attendees will learn how to use Twitter, Canva, and MailChimp through hands-on training. They will create their own tweets, learn how to obtain followers on Twitter, design a flyer in Canva, and draft an e-newsletter using MailChimp. All of these tools are free to use.
- • Attendees will learn to communicate messages effectively, leveraging free tools and institutional resources. Presenters will share how and when to get the message across using the best tools. We will share data on how and when to publish on social media, best practices for sending newsletters, and design principles.
