Notification of Abstract Status

  • All other presenting authors will receive an email notification of abstract acceptance and scheduling by December 22, 2016.  Notices will be sent to presenting authors only. It is the responsibility of the presenting author to inform all co-authors of the abstract acceptance status and of poster presentation scheduling information.
  • All abstract status e-mail notifications will be sent by bulk e-mail. Please note that web-based email accounts (i.e. Hotmail, Gmail, AOL, or Yahoo) may automatically place bulk e-mail messages into the junk mail folder. Please check both your inbox and your junk mail folder for your notification e-mail.
  • If you have not received notification of your status by December 22, 2015, please contact ABRF at meetings@my.abrf.org.
  • It is the responsibility of the presenting author to ensure that the ABRF has a valid and current email address for the presenting author. This will ensure timely notice of your abstract status.

Publication

Accepted abstracts will be published in the ABRF 2016 Meeting Program and in the Journal of Biomolecular Techniques*. Abstracts will be standardized in regard to font and presentation. Please proofread abstracts before submission, since they will not be edited. Any errors that appear in the submitted abstract will also appear in the printed version.

*Note: Any abstracts whose authors withdrew or did not appear at the conference will not be published in the Journal of Biomolecular Techniques.
