Welcome Reception

Join ABRF as we welcome attendees to Ft. Lauderdale and kick-off the 2016 Annual Meeting.  All registered attendees and exhibitors are invited to the Welcome Reception to be held on on Saturday, February 20, in Hall A at the Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center.

Breakfasts, Lunches and Coffee Breaks!

Enjoy breakfast lunch and two coffee breaks daily, Sunday thru Tuesday.  These breaks provide the opportunity to network, mingle, and become more acquainted with one another.

Closing Social

   

Set sail along the Intracoastal Waterway of South Florida on Sun Dream Yacht Charter during the ABRF 2016 Closing Reception! Plan on a great night of fun with your friends and colleagues.  There will be music, dancing, dinner, drinks, and more!

The Closing Reception will be held on Tuesday, February 23, from 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm.  One ticket to the Closing Reception is included in any full meeting registration.  Guest tickets can be purchased for $90.00 each. A ticket is required for admittance.

You won’t want to miss the twinkling skylines and silhouettes of dancing palms set against the unforgettable fiery sunsets of South Florida!

Buses will pick up attendees at the Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center at 6:30pm to go to the Closing Social.  Once guests arrive at the DoubleTree, they should go through the hotel lobby and out the back doors to get to the yacht.  Each attendee will receive 2 drink tickets. A cash bar will be available.  Buses will pick up attendees from the Closing Social at 11:00pm to go back to their respective hotel.  Please be sure to let the bus driver know where you are staying when boarding.  A ticket is required for admittance.
